Latitude Ensemble is a vibrant musical group based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, dedicated to celebrating and sharing the rich tapestry of Latin American music. Blending styles such as samba, cumbia, salsa, bossa nova and flamenco, the ensemble creates a unique sound that bridges continents and cultures. The group is composed of a diverse lineup: a passionate percussionist and ethnomusicologist, a young and talented bass player—both native to South Dakota—a soulful vocalist from Peru, and an experienced guitarist and composer from Colombia. Together, they bring a wealth of experience, authenticity, and creativity to every performance, offering audiences a rhythmic journey through the Americas.
