Ron Carlson and Friends Quartet

Guitarist Ron Carlson returns to the Trio Jazz Club with an outstanding group of area musicians, including Ralph Olsen on woodwinds, Kelly Coull on electric bass, and Christian DeJongh on the drum kit. Ron has returned to his home state of South Dakota after spending several decades immersed in the Kansas City jazz music scene. He has two CDs on the Artist Recording Collective (ARC) label, titled "Kind Folk" and "For You" both featuring New York and Kansas City musicians.
